...of the Position: Support the Site Manager in production activities to ensure safety, effectiveness, and profitability of the ED Merak Site. Contribute to process enhancements in cooperation with the Production Manager. Assist in engineering activities alongside the Maintenance Manager. Ensure consistent quality in production processes with the QC Manager. Main Responsibilities: EHS & Process Safety: Implement the Responsible Care Management System (RCMS) focusing on Process Safety & act as code champion during audits. Develop and review Process Safety Management (PSM) with management expertise. Review and update Management of Change (MOC) procedures and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR). Coordinate Safety Reviews and Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) such as HAZOPs using Stature software. Implement safety concepts like Reactor Safety, Raw Material Safety, and Explosion Protection to ensure safe plant operations...
